My stay at Le Richemond had its highs and lows. The location is truly really good, right by the shores of Lac Leman, with easy access to the old town. I received excellent service from the staff, which made a positive impression on me. However, I found the room to be rather small and the furnishings quite dated, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel.

My stay at Le Richemond was truly luxurious, with a amazing lake view and a room that felt spacious and elegant. The only downside was my missed opportunity to dine at Le Jardin, as my schedule was too packed. The staff, especially Raymonde, made my experience really good with their thoughtful service and attention to detail.
