My stay at Le Richemond had its highs and lows. The location is truly really good, right by the shores of Lac Leman, with easy access to the old town. I received excellent service from the staff, which made a positive impression on me. However, I found the room to be rather small and the furnishings quite dated, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel.

The only downside was my missed opportunity to dine at Le Jardin, as my schedule was too packed. The staff, especially Raymonde, made my experience really good with their thoughtful service and attention to detail.

My stay at Le Richemond was truly lovely. The hotel's beautiful ambiance and perfect service made me feel pampered throughout my visit. While the location by the lake was perfect for exploring the city, a minor hiccup with housekeeping service left me wanting a bit more in that area. Overall, I would highly recommend this stunning hotel for anyone visiting Geneva.

However, I would have preferred a more straightforward upgrade process as I encountered some issues with my initial room assignment.
